Mark is a registered patent attorney who draws upon his significant technical and legal expertise to assist clients with managing the intellectual property aspects of their business.
Mark works with clients to develop their intellectual property portfolios and to mitigate the intellectual property risks posed by competitors.
Mark enjoys being “embedded” with clients. Intimate knowledge of their businesses facilitates his creation of customized intellectual property strategies. He regularly works with clients throughout product and service life cycles. Starting at the beginning allows him to assist and guide with product development efforts to manage risk and maximize competitive advantage and to obtain patent protection for mission-critical features. Mark utilizes his patent prosecution, transactional and litigation skills to implement the strategies, furthering the business objectives of his clients.
In his spare time, Mark enjoys travel, spending time with his dog Buzz, working hard to help out with his family’s farming interests, and relaxing by keeping up on the latest automotive developments.
