Her killer combo of intellectual property litigation, transactional and technical experience gives her a unique ability to understand each client’s business, meet its strategic objectives, and become a company’s go-to for candid advice. As events in the world unfold, Stacy quickly gets up to speed on newly relevant technologies and laws affecting their use.
She has a diverse intellectual property practice. Stacy represents clients in complex disputes involving patents, trademarks, trade secrets, trade dress and copyrights. She has appeared in numerous hearings and trials, handling proceedings before federal district and appellate courts, state courts, the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office, and the International Trade Commission.
Stacy’s transactional practice also includes client counseling and due diligence on transactional matters. She helps companies capitalize on their innovations, analyzing the intellectual property aspects of deals and drafting documentation such as licenses, assignments, and joint development agreements. Stacy also assists clients with patent clearance and trademark portfolio management.
In her spare time, Stacy can often be found cheering with her husband at sporting events for her three wonderful kids, smothering their dog Rocky with attention, relaxing on a yoga mat, or breaking bread with friends and family.
