Maureen’s practice involves assisting clients, including high net worth and ultra-high net worth individuals and families, in planning and implementing the tools necessary to protect and transfer their assets pursuant to their unique goals and values in the most effective, tax efficient way possible. Maureen has extensive experience drafting wills, trusts, and other estate-planning documents. In addition, Maureen also assists personal representatives, executors, trustees and their successors navigate the administration of decedents estates and trust administration.
